We follow ISO standards while developing web applications for our clients.Here is our process

1) Software Requirement Specifications: SRS document is prepared and after clients approves it then only work is started

2) Project Management Plan: A detailed project manageable plan is prepared which contains all the modules in detail and describes all the risks,technologies to be used in the project.

3)Work Break Down Sheet: In WBS we specify all the modules/pages and the dates they will be completed so the client and we can keep a track of the project.

4) Database Design and Architecture Document is also prepared which all the database details and Classes to be used in the project.

We strictly follow all the above points to make sure that all the projects are delivered on time and meeting all the client requirements and expectations.
